Texas: Pool Time!

We went to the pool Sunday morning and had a lot of fun! We were the only one’s there and it was a beautiful morning! The water however was FREEZING! Uncle Tom, Tom and Meghan do not seem to like the cold as much as I do! Toms lips were shivering!!

Texas: Day 3...or maybe 4

We did so many fun things in Texas that I just realized I have probably gotten all the days mixed up! On day 3 (or 4) we played at the house and relaxed a lot! We played in the pool in Tom’s backyard and ran around like crazy! That night Daddy, Papa, Uncle Rob and Aunt Carolyn all went to watch Uncle Tom do the chain at a college football game (TCU versus Oregon State)! Nama, Mommy and Aunt Jenny all stayed home to watch us kids!

Aunt Jenny and Mommy took Tom and I to go get Shaved Ice! It was SO MUCH FUN! Tom and I each got our own and both got half red and half blue! And do you know what? It makes purple! We had so much fun eating the shaved ice. A train even passed by while we were eating! Look at our purple tongues!

Teaxs: Day 2

On day 2 we all went to the botanical gardens to walk around and play! We saw a pond full of about 100 turtles! Tom, Papa and I walked around saying “Lions and Tigers and Bears…oh my”! It was so much fun!

After the park we went to a really cool Mexican restaurant where we sat outside and felt like we were at a far away island vacation! They had great dip - I almost ate the WHOLE bowl!

That night Daddy, Papa, Uncle Rob and Aunt Carolyn all went to see Uncle Tom ref a high school football game! Nama, Aunt Jenny and mommy stayed at home to watch us kids play around!

Photographer!

I have become a really good photographer! I use Nama and mommy’s digital cameras to take pictures of all kinds of things…people, shoes, ceilings…anything that I want to take a picture of! I am going to ask for a real camera for Christmas so I can do all my own stuff! Take a look at some of my work….look how good I am at centering!

Preview!

Tomorrow is my first day of Mommy’s Day Out preschool! Today I got to visit the school and see my classroom and meet my teachers! There names are a little tricky: Miss Kianna and Miss Alicia, but I am learning them! The school was really cool with lots of fun toys and things to play with! They have a fun looking play ground and the coolest bathroom that is JUST MY SIZE! The potty and the sink are perfect for me…I do not even need a step stool!

We only stayed at the school for about 20 minutes and I could have played MUCH MUCH longer! Mommy and Daddy both I am as happy and excited about school tomorrow when they have to drop me off!

Texas - Day One!

Once we got to Texas we PLAYED! Aunt Jenny, Uncle Rob and Anna were already there and the playroom was the first destination! I got to play with all of Tom and Meghan’s cool toys and run around crazy with Tom!

That night all the adults went to watch Uncle Tom do the chains at the Dallas Cowboys game and all the kids had 2 babysitters! They were nice girls and I had fun, but it was a hard transition for me. I was awake when the adults got home and cried a lot at bed time! I am sorry if everyone heard me and I kept you all awake!

Texas here I come!

I have so much to tell you about our wonderful trip down to Texas to see Aunt Carolyn, Uncle Tom, Tom and Meghan! There is so much to tell you that I am going to do separate posts about each fun event from the trip!

Mommy, Daddy, Nama, Papa and I all left late Wednesday afternoon and drove to Oklahoma City to stay the night! We had a really full car load and had a great drive! We had to stop lots of times though because I kept telling them I had to go potty. Thing was – I did have to go and I finally went! At one stop they tried to get me to potty in this portable potty mommy bought at Babies R Us! I was not a fan and refused to use it! We had a great dinner at McDonalds and then headed to the hotel!

I LOVED the hotel! It was really pretty and I got to jump on the beds and play with the desk and phone! They even had a refrigerator just my size and I was able to get my own water all night! I slept between mommy and daddy and the next day had breakfast and then headed to Texas!
