Craft Day!

Today we went to Michael's to get a few things for a fun craft afternoon!  I painted a plaque to put on my bedroom door and even painted the shells we found in Gulf Shores!  It was so much fun!  I love being an artist!

Day of beauty!

Today mommy and me went to get our nails done!  I have gone a few times before, but NEVER like this.  I was SO excited because they let me sit in the pedicure chairs that massage and I got to put my feet in the water!  I got my fingers and toes done and they even put rainbows on my thumbs and big toes (by request)!!  I was so exited and felt like such a big girl!  I also did such a good job talking to the ladies that worked there...mommy was so proud of me because they were touch to understand.

Hot, Hot, Hot!

It has been the hottest summer in my life....and I mean HOT!  Last week we decided to play in the sprinkler to stay cool and boy was it FUN!  I was soaked by the time I was done!  How fun....and cool!

Surprise!

Happy Birthday Nama!

I wanted to make Nama's birthday really special so I picked out the brightest colored flowers ever, brought a movie to relax with her and even treated her out to lunch!

We celebrated Nama's birthday dinner at Aunt Jenny, Uncle Rob, Anna and Ashley's house!  It was so fun because we got to play, play play and eat, eat eat!  Aunt Jenny made spaghetti pie and homemade strawberry shortcakes....YUMMY!  Happy birthday Nama - we love you!

Whenever I play and give directions to someone, tell them where I live (in my play world) or even name I street I say ...."on Metcalf".  Mommy and daddy think that is so funny!

Mr. President

Last night we were at the car wash and I saw a greeting card with a picture of the president on it.  I turned to mommy and said "look, here is President Obama".  mommy had no idea I knew so much about our president.
