Girls Trip: Belize Day 4

Now, this was a day not to be forgotten!  Aunt Jenny brought a GIANT inflatable flamingo and this was the day she took it on a speed boat to the private beach.  She shocked and surprised the other 25 hotel guests on the boat and worked her leg muscles hard to transport that flamingo through lots of hard winds and ocean waves!!  The flamingo was a great photo prop and an attention grabber! 

They met some friends this day....some girls from DC that will not be a fun group for Colleen  to hang out with! 

After an amazing day at the beach, they got ready and went out to dinner in town for some amazing Belizean food with new friends!

Girls Trip: Stolen Golf Cart

So, this happened....

Mom and Aunt Jenny dropped Colleen off at the spot and then went into the chocolate shop at the resort.  They then took the golf cart to the concierge building to book something for the next day.  When they got to the concierge, the men that worked there were laughing and saying something about a stolen golf cart and asked them if they own the chocolate shop.  Mom and Aunt Jenny were clueless until all of the sudden they realized.....they had the golf cart owned by the chocolate shop.  In fact, it had a logo decal wrap of the chocolate shop all over it!!  The men joked and said the police were called and looking for the women in the green dresses!

They were mortified and quickly drive the gold cart back to the chocolate shop!!!  No one told them that one key starts EVERY SINGLE GOLF CART!!!!  You can't take them anywhere!!

Girls Trip: Belize Day 3

For some reason the photos are uploading all out of order from Belize, but you get the picture.....they had a blast!

On the 3rd day they rented a golf cart and went into town to explore San Pedro!  They had a great lunch on the beach, explored the island, ate yummy homemade organic popsicles, shopped, tried Belizean chocolate and snacked their way through the island!!

On their way back to the resort they stopped at a wine and chees shop and picked up lots of yummy snacks for a dinner in their room.  The win shop had free samples and they made sure to try lots of fancy wines.  That night they set up an amazing spread in the screened in porch but had to move inside for a bed picnic as it started to rain pretty hard!

They ended the night with a movie in bed!  Such a fun day!
