Another softball game!

Last night was a beautiful night for a softball game!  I had a great hit, stopped a big hit into left field and the team even had a triple play!  I played left field, right field and 3rd base.  It was a fun night!

Morning homework

Addi and I were getting ready to eat breakfast before school yesterday when all of the sudden I remembered that I forgot to do a part of me homework.  Addi realized she did not do it either, so we scrambled and had a homework morning!!!

Softball game

We had a big softball game and while we hung on hard, we ended up getting beat in the last inning.  This has been a tough season for us, but we sure have fun!

Volleyball

We had a great volleyball game on Saturday!  I had a blast and had a fabulous game - especially my last match.  I love this sport!

Healthy Cooking afternoon

Mom and I spent Sunday afternoon preparing lots of healthy foods to eat this week!  We made homemade corn tortilla chips (YUM), homemade salsa (YUM), tomato and cucumber salad (YUM), roasted cabbage (surprisingly YUM)!  We had tons of tomatoes from Nama's garden, even more tomatoes from Miss Lori, a giant watermelon from Miss Lori and a HUGE head of cabbage mom found at Johnson Farms!  While mom helped with some of the big cutting, I really made everything on my own by following the Pinterest recipes I found!  I would love to do this every Sunday!

Social Studies Presentation

Last Friday mom came to watch me present the Midwest with my group.  We had to demonstrate presentation skills without notes.  It was tricky, but fun!

Hair night

Mom and I had fun playing with each other hair the other night.  She is trying to get the hang at French braiding....I even wore my hair in one the next day!
