Authentic Mexican

There second stop on the way to Marco Island was at a fabulous authentic Mexican restaurant where they ordered one of everything on the menu and split it (not really, but they tried a lot)!  YUM!!  See, I knew I wanted to be on the trip!

40th birthday Girls Trip: Marco Island!!!

Mom, Nama and Aunt Jenny went to Marco Island, FL to celebrate mom's 40th birthday!  I was super bummed that I was not invited and begged mom to let me go (I even offered to pay for my own flight).  Looks like they had a TON of fun without me (how is that possible)!

 

They started out by upgrading their rental car to a white Mustang Convertible.  They said that was the BEST decision ever.  HOW FUN!

I love swimming with my cousins!

First Summer Swim Meet of the Year!!

We had our first summer swim meet and it was SO fun!  It was a luau theme and we got to wear lea's!  I did great and even won 1st in my heat on the butterfly.  I love to SWIM!!  Thanks to all my family that came to watch me!  While I act like I don't like to hear the cheering (especially when I am in lane 1), I really LOVE it!

Abby's birthday party!

We had so much fun celebrating Abby's birthday.  I especially loved these crazy bumping toys....we could crash into each other and try to knock the other person down.  Turns out I got stuck and could not get out!  Everyone was dying laughing...especially mom (she almost peed her pants)!!!

Swim team practice

I am on the Nottingham Forest South swim team again this year.  Now that I am 9, my practice is from 9-10 with the 9 and 10 year olds.  I am learning a lot, but sure wish I could swim with my cousins from 8-9.  Luckily, I get to see them every day!!

Volleyball camp

I did two volleyball  camps this summer.  One at Aubrey Bend Middles School and one at Blue Valley West High School.  They were both so fun!  I especially loved the BVW one because Anna did the camp with me!

Softball!!

I typically do batting practice at the cages before each game because it really warms me up and gets me hitting great!  I really love hitting!
