Jalepenos celebration

After the volleyball game we all went to Jalepeno's and celebrated mom's birthday (free fried ice cream!).  It was fun to get everyone together at my favorite place!!

Spring Volleyball!

Spring Volleyball has begun for the Volley Girls and I was chosen as captain!  We played really well and ended up easily winning all 3 matches.  I played a great all around game with both my serves and defense looking great!  Our team did a great job bum, set and spiking the ball and were working on all the plays Coach has taught us in practice!  It was fun to get back on the court!   At the end of the game coach told me I had the best serves!  So cool!

Happy Birthday Mom!

We celebrated mom's birthday with dinner at Garozzo's, a stop at Starbucks, her favorite DQ ice cream cake, presents and cuddles.  We even left time to read Harry Potter together!  Happy birthday mom!

Easter!

We continued our Easter celebration with mass with Nama and Papa and then over to their house for lots of fun!  They planned a super cool Easter egg hunt with 3 different parts!  Each cousin had there own purple egg to hunt for based on hints the Easter Bunny helped Nama and Papa create!  We had a yummy brunch and had a blast playing!  Such a fun day!!

We watched the Final 4 game at the Utting's and while we cheered really hard, it was a HARD game and they did not come out winners.  It was a super fun season though.....

Rock Chalk!!

In preparation for the big Final 4 KU game, we went to the KU bookstore and stocked up on KU goodies!  I was super excited for the game and for the Jayhawks to win because we decided we were going to go to San Antonio to watch the Championship game if they were in it!!

Anna's First Communion

Anna had her First Communion and we all went out to Bravo to celebrate!  We had a blast hanging out with our favorite people!  Anna even wore the same First Communion dress that mom and Aunt Jenny wore....really cool!

Basketball Tournament

This year Coach Luke is getting us involved in some larger KC tournaments to help us understand the game better and see how we will be playing it in the future.  Our Blue Valley 4th grade rules don't allow us to press, we have to play man to man and lots of other rules.  In these tournaments it is REAL basketball rules!  We have played against Club basketball teams and have had some really tough games against teams that know the real rules.  We sure have learned a lot though!
