Girls lunch!!

Mommy and her BFFs celebrated moms birthday this afternoon with a fun happy hour/lunch at Firebirds! They loved it and had so much fun together!! I wonder who my BFFs will be when I am 40????

Preparing for the craft fair!

This morning we finished making slime, packaged it all and then I got creative in how it all will be displayed! So much fun! I think everything turned out so cute! I will be selling slime in super cute containers: Googly eye petrie dishes, jars with animals and cutely decorated mason jars! I also made bath fizzes with a surprise Shopkin inside! Now I just have to write price signs and determine how much I should sell things for!!! I can't wait until next Saturday! Hopefully it is a nice day because it is outside!!!

Slime factory!

We spent most of yesterday afternoon making slime for the upcoming craft fair! It took a few hours for mom and I to get the slime recipe right, but once we did we were on a roll!!

Volleyball double header!

And we rocked it and won 6 out of 6 matches!! I played great and had so much fun! I hit my maximum 5 points per serve turn twice!!! Yippee! I told mom and dad I could have played a triple header!! Thanks for coming to watch me Papa Dick!!

I spent some time on my computer and developed some stuff for my classroom and even printed off some new worksheets for my class!! I loved using moms printer!!

Mom gave me an assignment during one of her meetings: develop the assortment for a Summer end of aisle for CVS. I spent a few meetings ideating and designing a great solution!! I even thought through how it would come to life in our screened in room and backyard!! Everyone was impressed!!

Here I am visiting the trend studio where they had Christmas 2018 trend all set up! This is what is inspiring a lot of Hallmark product for Christmas in a few years!! I thought that was pretty cool!

Take your kid to work day!!

I had such an awesome day at mom's work! We went to meeting, had lunch, explored her building and saw: new greeting card ideas, Christmas 2018 trends, the visitors center and lots of other cool stuff! We also shopped at double D and the card shop! I wish I could join her everyday!!

Long Course swim invitational!

I competed in my first long course and meet with COOL! I swam free, back, breast and butterfly in 50 and/or 100 meters! The pool was a 50 meter pool, so much longer than what I was used to! I did great and learned a lot! I finished between 27th-31st place among all the age 9-13 year old girls! Not bad for my first long course!!
