Open Gyms

The volleyball tryout season has been an interesting one!  We were clueless to the process and quickly learned that the multiple open gyms that each club team has is actually Try Outs with a formal try out occurring in the July timeframe.  I have gone to open gyms for Dynasty, PVA and Mavs with formal offers from Mavs and PVA.  I have a few more days to make my decision on which club I will go with!!!!

Summertime Saturday night

After an early evening at the pool with the Utting's we went for a ride in their new Jeep and then went for yummy shaved ice at Holulia Shaved Ice!!  Such a fun night!

Annual Royals Outing

We go to the Royals game with the Utting's every year and we think they have lost every time we go together BUT this was most definitely the biggest loss yet --- 16-0!  Yikes!  Good thing we had good company, buck night, lots of snacks and fireworks!

Summer Swim

The summer swim season started last week and I started off strong!  They moved me to the 11-12 year old practice group....yay!  I had to leave practice 15 minutes early last week to head to a basketball camp.  Coach told me I could come early and practice in the far lane!  Our first meet is Wednesday night...excited!
