Mommy & Daddy's anniversary!

Happy anniversary mommy and daddy!  We all went out and celebrated on the Plaza and it was an awesome night!  We shopped around a bit, had amazing steak at The Plaza III and then to my total surprise and excitement.....we went on a carriage ride on the Cinderella carriage!  It was really neat and so cool!  The horse pulled us through the plaza for about 20 minutes.  We got to see all the sites, people waved and a few even called me a princess.  Although it was mom and dad's special day, I certainly felt like a princess and was so happy I could celebrate with them!  They thought it was pretty cool when I made a toast at dinner to their anniversary (thanks for the tip Papa)!

All STAR Saturday: Part 2

After basketball we raced to the soccer fields for my game.  Anna, Nama and Papa came and watched....I loved having a big audience and took every opportunity I had to wave at my family in the stands (even while I was playing)!  I had lots of fun playing and even more fun going out to lunch with everyone at Tanners after!

All STAR Saturday!

 I had my first ever basketball practice yesterday and it was really fun!  Papa and Daddy helped me (and two coaches) and I learned A LOT of basketball fundamentals. I learned to dribble the ball, how to do chest passes and bounce passes, and how to shoot from my chest!  I even made a handful of baskets...all very awesome!  Papa says I am really strong and have good form!  I really liked basketball and can't wait to learn more next week!

Anna and Nama were also there in the beginning.  Anna has practice right before me, so I got to watch her play!

Dinner with Nama and Papa!

Now that I am in Kindergarten everyday I don't get to spend as much time with Nama and Papa that I used to!!  Friday night mommy and I went over there house after school and I loved hanging out with them and having happy hour!  Then we all went to Jasper's for dinner and daddy met us there after he played golf!  It was such a FUN night!

Happy Hour!

Last week mommy and I went to Happy Hour!  Daddy was at a late dinner for work, so she and I decided we would celebrate mommy's bog presentation being over by heading to Ra sushi for some yummy stuff!  We had lots of fun sitting outside in the beautiful weather enjoying good food and each others company!!

Flu shot!

This week mommy took me to my doctors for my flu shot.  Luckily I am big enough to do the flu mist...a nose spray!!  While we were waiting in the lobby we entertained ourselves with this cool book!!

Kate's first Kindergarten art class project

Today I went out to see if Kate's art teacher had posted any of her art projects to this artwork sharing website called "Artsonia".  It is a website where you can take your child's artwork and have it applied to all sorts of products...great idea.

Well, to my surprise, there was one piece of artwork and I think it is amazing (although I am sure all mother's think their child's art is amazing).  It is so neat to see what some instruction from an art teacher can lead to. Pretty cool!
