Akershus

We were on the free dining plan during this trip and that meant lots of great food and character meals!  Our first was a lunch at Akershus to meet lots of princesses! We had a good lunch, I went on a parade with Aurora and met the princesses!  It was one of our favorite character meals!

First characters!

This trip I was much more into riding rides than meeting characters.  That said, I do still love the characters...especially Mickey Mouse!

First ride...Soarin'

Here we are in line for our first ride of the vacation...Soarin' and after the ride too!  AWESOME!  We got there early enough that we got to ride this ride 2 times in a row with NO wait at all!  In the busy season people will wait for hours for this one!  We love the off season!

Pressed Pennies

I was really into pressed pennies this year.  Mom and I collected lots of quarters and pennies and we would find pressed penny machines and get pennies done to remind us of our favorite things in Disney!  It was a really fun thing to do and something we will do each time we visit!  I will have to start saving my pennies now for the next trip!

Magic Band...POWER!

We were up really early Sunday morning to head to Epcot for a full day of rides, food, characters and fun!  We all had our magic bands on and were ready to go!  As we do every trip, we took pictures of us waiting for the bus and driving to the park!

WE HAVE ARRIVED!

We got to Orlando early Saturday morning and were ready for a very fun day!  First things first....we put on our magic bands since we were officially in the land of Disney!  Then we went to our beautiful hotel.  We only stayed in this hotel one night (the Hilton) and it was really awesome.  It had the most amazing pool with a lazy river.  We spent the entire day at the pool and had so much fun we forgot to take any pictures!  

After a long day in the sun and water we explored the hotel and had a nice relaxing dinner at the hotel and then went to bed early to get all rested for our excited days at Disney World!

We are going to DISNEY WORLD!!!

We had such a fabulous trip to Disney World and here comes A LOT of Blog posts!!

Here we are at the airport headed to one of our favorite places in the world!  SUPER excited!  We stayed at the KCI Marriott the night before so we could park our car at the hotel during our trip and we could be close to the airport for our VERY early morning flight!
