American Girl: Day 1

I say American Girl:Day 1 because we visited this fabulous store 4 days in a row.  I think we were there 6 times!!

On day 1 I bought my dog, Coconut, a leash and dog collar!  I saved the rest of the shopping for the other 3 days!

Disney Store

Our first stop once we hit Michigan Ave was the Disney Store.  It was also the first place I spent my long-saved money! I found these cute pjs on sale!  The man at the register even took a picture with me while I paid!!

Rock and Roll McDonalds

As we walked toward Michigan Ave, we stopped at the coolest McDonalds...the only one with an escalator! We took a tour and checked it off the list!!

The EL!!

This trip we became public transportation pros!  We started with a train/subway ride on the El from the airport to our hotel!  We managed this complete with tons of luggage and lots of people!!  Impressive!!

Headed to Chicago!!

We left for Chicago this past Tuesday for a girls trip!  We were so excited!  We packed for a fun 4 days and even brought all our American Girl stuff to play with! Let the excitement begin!!
