Training hard!

I am deep in PVA volleyball training.  This session they have added a personal training session in the mix!  I am learning how to use equipment, do workouts and all sorts of great stuff!  I love it!

NLU Sprint Decathlon Swim Meet

This Saturday and Sunday we went to Platte City for the first swim meet of the short course season.  It was an amazing two days with personal bests all around!  I competed in 9 events and had a ton of fun!

PVA Fall Training

I have been in training camp for PVA volleyball.  We are crisping up all kinds of skills and I am learning the drills and ways of PVA.  Jeff Morgan leads the sessions and I like him a lot.  He calls me "Horton Hears a Who" and "Who" all the time.  I am excited for the volleyball season!
