Tippins Pie!

To top off our FUN FREE SATURDAY we headed to Price Chopper because they had an event where kids got to make our very own Tippin's strawberry pie!  The bakers were there too and they helped me pour in the strawberries and squeeze the whipped cream topping!!  Isn't it beautiful?!?  SO MUCH FUN!

Charm it!

Last Saturday mom, dad and I went to Von Maur because they were having the Charm It company in for a really cool promotion.  I got to draw a picture of a charm I want that company to make.  There are winners in each age category.  If I am  winner I win $100 and they make me the exact charm I drew!  I drew a bear and I hope I win!  Just for entering the drawing I got a free ice cream sandwich charm...super cool!  It was a fun free thing to do on a Saturday!

Mom's craft!!

Mom was awfully proud of the craft project she did this weekend!  She painted the frames of 3 old pictures we had and did not use, then cut cork board to size and covered it in burlap to make fun cork boards to hang pictures and my artwork!  Mom was super excited that the project only cost $24!!!  We love them and am now in the mood to make more crafty stuff for the house!!!

Crafts!!

This weekend mom and I made all kinds of crafts!  The one I was the most excited about was making jewelry with the awesome Crayola model magic jewelry kit!!  I was SO excited to make it as I have been waiting forever!  I told mom she did not understand how badly I wanted to do it and that I have been thinking about my craft much longer than the craft idea she dreamed up the night before - that is how I negotiated doing my craft first!  It was SO much fun!  Take a look at my 2 rings, 3 necklaces and fun beaded bracelet!!

Dinner with Cosette

This weekend we had dinner with Cosette, her brother (Preston) and their mom and dad!  We went to the Plaza and had dinner at Jack Stack BBQ!  I was really excited to see Cosette (it had been about a year).  She is 5, but already in kindergarten.  She seemed to like it a lot.  Guess what?  Now that she is in kindergarten she has sleepovers!!!  I can't wait until I can do that!

After dinner we walked around the plaza and played.  We even went to the Apple store.  It was cold walking around, so it was nice to go into stores!  I can't wait for us to get together again soon!

Today....

Somehow today did not turn out how it was supposed to.  I had a cheer leading performance at 1pm at a nursing home, but mommy got an email this morning saying that was cancelled.  Sydney was going to come over for a play date at 3pm, but Miss Lori called this morning to tell us Sydney woke up sick.  Boohoo!!!

So, mommy, daddy and I came up with another fun plan.....Chuck-E-Cheese!  We had not been in SO long and we really did have a blast!  A good dreary day activity!!  I am getting really good at Skee Ball and even took turns playing big kid video games....mom and dad were shocked at how well I played the driving game!  We had lots of fun!!

Kindergarten

It is official...we received notification in the mail yesterday that I have OFFICIALLY been accepted in full day Kindergarten at Timber Creek Elementary!  I am SO excited about it...I am getting SO big!
