Amn't

I know and use the words: shouldn't, wouldn't, couldn't...so when I wanted to say "am not I used the word "amn't" instead....I made up my own word and made mommy laugh!

Thanksgiving!

We had so much fun this Thanksgiving break! Mommy took off work all week and Daddy had off all week but Monday! We got to play a lot together and I LOVED it!

Monday Mom and I went over to Nama and Papa's and we all went shopping with Aunt Jenny and Anna! That night Nama, Papa, Mommy, Daddy and I all went to Jalapenos for taco night...YUMMY!

Tuesday Mommy, Daddy and I played all day long and then on Wednesday we woke up and drove down to Pittsburg. We were going to see Gigi and Gipa, but Gigi was not feeling good. I sure hope she feels better now! We played with Nama Vicki and Papa Dick. We even got to see the brand new movie "Tangled" at the movie theater. It is a movie about the Princess Rapunzel and I Loved it! I watched every second of the movie and kept asking where the bad girl was and what her name was! It was a great movie....I am pretending to be her now...even have the Rapunzel costume! That night we went out to dinner at the Mall deli and I had a yummy hot dog. We got to throw pennies in the fountain and then we went to Nama Vicki and Papa Dicks house and played until really late! Mommy, Daddy and I all slept in Daddy's room when he was a kid!

On Thanksgiving we headed over to Parson's to have lunch and to see all the Hortons. There were about 40 of them there and I was not shy at all! I played and talked with everyone and had so much fun! I especially loved Travis (Daddy's cousin) and Daddy's cousin's son Reece! I took a good long nap in the car from Pittsburg to Nama and Pap's house in Kansas City! When we got to Nama and Papa's house Aunt Jenny, Uncle Rob and Anna were all there ready to play and have a BIG Thanksgiving dinner! Anna and I did the crazy cousin dance a lot, played, ate and took lots of pictures (I even took the pictures with Nama's camera...they were really good)!

I had so much fun! Now I can not wait until Christmas to do it all again!

Mommy is HOME!

Mommy was gone and was in Hong Kong and China for 2 whole weeks! Daddy and I had a lot of fun when she was gone, but I missed her. We talked on the phone and Skyped (talked to each other and saw each other through a video screen and webcam on the computer) every day!

Daddy and I went to the airport to pick her up Wednesday when she got home and we were all so excited to see each other! I was so excited that I was super hyper all day and even at the airport! When mommy cam off the plane I ran right to her and gave her a hug and a kiss, then ran in circles I was so excited! We went and looked at her plane (it was blue), met some of her friends and then took her suitcases to the car! After we went to Jalepenos for some good old American (I mean Mexican) food and then played all night at home!

Mommy did not go into work Thursday and we got to play. Mommy took me to school and picked me up. When we go home I was super excited to see she had put up lots of Christmas decorations! I helped mommy put up the tree and those decorations...it was so fun and the house looks BEAUTIFUL!

I am so happy to have both my mommy and daddy at home with me!

OH...My...Goodness!

I get excited a lot and I say "Oh...my...goodness" when I am really surprised or excited! I said it when mommy gave me all the presents she brought me back from Hong Kong, when I saw the new toy catalog in the mail and when I saw that mommy had put up Christmas decorations while I was at school! I love getting excited!

Pictures with Santa - 2 yrs old!

I got to see Santa today! I told him that I wanted a Jeep, Princess Markers and Barbies! I also told Santa what Lambie wanted for Christmas........games!

Wonder Pets

Since Daddy and I have been spending a lot of time together lately I've developed a new interest in a show on Nick Jr. called Wonder Pets! I've watched it 4 or 5 times in the last 2 days! Daddy says this show is more tolerable than Barney.

Date Night With Daddy

Since Mommy is in China; Daddy and I had an all-weekend date this weekend.

Daddy took me to gymnastics on Saturday morning. I played really hard and was exhausted by the time it was over. However, not to exhausted that I couldn't make it to McDonald's for some chicken nuggets!

After a long nap, I went with Daddy to Great Clips to get his haircut. Daddy was about 5 minutes into his haircut when I surprised him and said "Daddy! I have to pee!" Guess what? I didn't make it to the bathroom - I decided to go right there on the floor. Daddy had to take a little break and take me to the bathroom to get me cleaned up.

After that little diseaster, Daddy took me home to take a bath and change clothes. Daddy felt so bad for me that he took me to one of his favorite restaurants for dinner - Outback Steakhouse! After that, we went to Town Center and Daddy bought me some new clothes.

Mommy is headed to Hong Kong today (in fact she is at a layover in San Fransisco right now and about to get on the 15 hour flight) SO....Daddy and I are going to hang out together! I am excited to spend time with Daddy. Daddy will have to help me keep everyone (and mommy) updated on what I am up to the next 2 weeks!
