The main reason I love Epcot is because I get to meet lots of Princesses (and the lines are really short). You have to time it just right or the princesses are not out or they close the line and you can't meet them (that is what happened with Belle and the Beast....I was so sad because we raced to meet them right after meeting Mulan, but we were too late).
I was able to meet Mulan for the very first time!
