We had intended on snorkeling off of Shark's cove as we heard it was one of the best places to snorkel on the island (don't worry - no sharks). When we got there we locked our car (as thefts happen here often) and grabbed our snorkeling stuff to head the the beach. It was really hot and the way out to the beach looked rocky and dangerous for a 5 year old. That coupled with a feeling of not being safe (there were signs everywhere saying to watch your belongings) had us skip the snorkeling and head to the North Shore instead! Too bad we missed this one!
