"Todd"

Believe it or not, I understand that my daddy is "daddy" to me, but his name is "Todd" to everyone else. Sometimes I forget and when Daddy does something he should not....like turn the channel when I am watching Barney or tosses a ball at my head to tease me - I say "Todd" in the exact same way mommy does. It usually makes everyone laugh, but then everyone reminds me that I should not call Daddy "Todd"...I should call him "Daddy"! I love my Daddy!

Poopie

I have learned I can make people laugh by using the words "poopie", "peepee", "bottom", "stinkers" and any other silly words in sentences. For example, I may say "I love you mommy, I love you Daddy, I love you Murphy, I love you Poopie"! Hilarious! Nama and Mommy seem to think I am a bit young for the gross out words....hee hee!

Katie with the BIG blue eyes....

Papa always sings this song to me and I love it and sing it all by myself. Today I made some changes and sang it to mommy " Mommy, Mommy, Mommy with the big blue eyes"! Then I sang it for cousin Tom...."Thomas, Thomas, Thomas with the big blue FINGERS!". Yes, I said fingers and not eyes....just to make mom laugh...and she did! haha!

unsettling news....

I think I have to get a shot today. Mom and dad were whispering, but I am pretty sure I heard it right. Something about my second H1N1 shot. YIKES! I better get some McDonalds after that one!

blanket

I never slept with a blanket in my bed at our house until the other night. I always sleep in a sleep sack, but decided it was time to be a big girl and asked mommy for a blankie in bed. So, now I sleep with...5 pacis, Lamby, Bella, Mia, Ducky, Minnie and a blankie....my bed is getting very crowded!!!
