2 sick girls and one happy dog!
Mom and I ended up getting the stomach flu Sunday afternoon (me) and Sunday night (mom). We were in pretty bad shape and took the day off Monday to recuperate. It is no fun throwing up, feeling achy and dizzy! Glad we feel better today!
Strawberry Swing - Holiday Swing
On Sunday, Anna, Ashley, Abby and I got to sell all our handmade stuff at the Holiday Swing event at Union Station. It was an Etsy approved event, so super cool! Union Station looked so festive and beautiful and was such a cool place to spend the day.
I made bath bombs and sugar scrubs. There were a ton of people at the event, but I did not sell near what I sold during the summer event. The Stilley girls sewed all sorts of fun things (doll chairs, doll tents, bookmarks, headbands) and even made jewelry!
I was not feeling my best, but a few hours into the event we were getting ready to leave to take me home as I felt sick. Mom came back from telling Dad we were leaving and took one look at me and knew something was wrong. She grabbed a trashcan from the janitor walking by in the nick of time....right in time for me to throw up in it! Yuck, but thank goodness there was a trash can!! We ended up going home one sick kid (and a soon-to-be sick Mom)!

Basketball game
Saturday's basketball game was against the other TCE team and we WON! It was sure fun to play against friends and even more fun to beat them!

Waves Tri Meet
Saturday I had an early swim meet in Belton. I did an awesome job and got personal bests in almost all my 5 races. I finished 2nd overall in the 100 freestyle, 3rd overall in the 100 IM, 5th overall in the 50 freestyle, not sure how I finished in the 2 0breat (we left before it posted) and somehow DQ'd in the 100 back (they said I did something wrong with my turn, but my coaches disagreed - I also disagree)! It was a fin meet!

Crazy dinner!!!
We met everyone for a fun and crazy dinner at Grimaldi's! Look at that crew! So fun!
