Upon entering the Taj Mahal grounds.

There are multiple entrances to the Taj:  we were able to enter the VIP one and had no line!!  We had a driver and tour guide who helped us the entire time...and boy did we learn a lot!

In order to try to beet the heat, we left our hotel at 6:15am and took a golf cart to the Taj.

Pretty incredible!  Turns out the Taj Mahal is only a 3 minute golf cart ride away!!!  Look at that view!

Dinner- authentic Indian food

From kabobs done in a way different than US, mini cups of soup, Nan bread, fish, chicken and a coffee/cinnamon homemade I cream, the food was fantastic!!

Oberoi- Agra

The Oberoi hotel in Agra is absolutely beautiful. One of the most gorgeous hotels I have ever seen.  It is done in traditional Colonial style.  

My room was upgraded to a room with a terrace and vie of the Taj Majal!  I will send pictures in the day tomorrow.  Here are some taken this evening.
