My first basketball game of the season!!
I had my first game last weekend and played really well! I hustled like crazy and guess what....I score a basket....in the other teams basket!!! Oops! I just giggled and really was not too embarrassed. Guess what? I almost did it twice!!! I just get so excited when I get the ball near the basket!!!

Happy New year!!!
We celebrated in the new year with a family party at Nama and Papa's house and it was so fun!! We had yummy food, played like crazy and watched some football. Happy new year and welcome 2016!!

First reconciliation
Next week is Kate's first confession and we spent a good amount of time last night preparing. She learned what to expect, memorized (or started to) prayers and what to say and she started to think about how she may have sinned and what she may want to tell the priest.
I was really proud of how patient and thoughtful she was in all this.
