Orange Beach: pool time fun!

We played in the pool for the rest of our first day!  The hotel gave everyone beach balls that we played volleyball with most of the time!  We love vacation!  And did I mention we live beach drinks??!!  We do!

Gulf Shores (actually Orange Beach): Beach

Here I am on the beach...in my new bikini!!!!  While I love the beach, I begged mom and dad for a pool day!  Our hotel was actually in Orange Beach- right next to Gulf Shores.  Glad we stayed in a new town!

Gulf Shores: the Hangout

We drive from New Orleans to Gulf Shores for our first day of vacation fun!

We started by going straight the The Hangout for lunch!  It is a super cool beach restaurant with lots of activities.  We had a yummy lunch, explored the place and played a cool game where you try to get the string and washer on the hook...we were u successful!

It was a fun way to start our vacation!!

We are off!!

Well, I forgot to take our standard airplane photo of us taking off for vacation so I tried to get the family to partake in one in the rental car.  Total fail!

Well, we are off to Gulf Shores for the day and night and then headed to Destin for many many days of family fun!!!  So excited!

Last swim meet of the year!

I had so much fun in my first year of swim team!  I learned so much and loved every minute of it!  Swim may be my favorite sport!  We are going to explore year round competitive swim team to determine if I want to do it!!!!  I love swim!!
