Skiing!!

After a super long and painful wait for our ski equipment, we ski'd Granby Ranch (about 25 minutes from Winter Park). We chose Granby because we heard it would not be very busy and was a good ski resort for kids and beginners!

It was a fun day! We were sure glad we took those lessons at Snow Creek because they came in handy! Dad helped me a lot and taught me more about skiing. Mom was super excited that she ski'd really well without the falls she suffered at SnowCreek! In fact, mom did not want to stop skiing and is ready to go back (at least to the bunny slopes again)!!!

The Village of Winter Park

Us girls went into the Village to explore and shop! We got Starbuck's and bought souvenirs!! So fun!

The Peak Brewery

After tubing we stopped at The Peak Brewery for lunch. It was not the best food, but the atmosphere was pretty cool and we, of course, had fun! How can you not with such great friends!!??!!

Tubing!!

One of our favorite things that we did was tubing at the tubing hill!! There was a moving walkway that took you up the hill and you flew down so so so fast!! We all loved it so much! We would hook ourselves together and even did some with all 7 of us hooked together, which made you go even faster! So cool!

First night in Winter Park

We explored downtown Winter Park as we waited to check into our condo! Dad bought snow boots and we looked around.

Once we checked in, and the parents unpacked, the kids played like crazy in our bunk room!

We even got in some heated pool swimming and hot tub relaxing!!! So fun!

Our condo

We stayed in an absolutely fabulous 2 bedroom plus a bunk room condo that we will definitely stay at again! It had beautiful mountain views, was decorated in perfect Colorado decor (with most of the furniture made by the owners), in s perfect location with great amenities! I should also point out that it was fully stocked with everything go you would need!!

Addi, Blake and I slept in the cool bunk room!!

We were right near the Downtown area withinwalking distance to shops and restaurants, the sledding hill and lots of trails! We also had a heated pool and hot tub we frequented! It was just perfect!
