Hawaii: Oahu part 1

We made a last minute decision to leave Kauai and head to Oahu for a beautiful resort and relaxation and it was an amazing decision!

We stayed at the Hilton Waikiki Village in the most amazing ocean front room.  We had stayed here before and it is fabulous.  

We spent the entire trip at the pool, the beach and at the restaurants right on property.  It was a perfect way to close a fabulous vacation!

Kauai is mom and dads favorite island, so I was excited to visit it for my first time. It was so pretty!  We saw beautiful beaches, waterfalls and tons of green!

We found lots of yummy restaurants and explored a ton of the island!

Hawaii: the Big Island part 1

The Big Island looked like nowhere we had ever been.  Miles and miles of black lava fields.  We did a lot of pool time, explored the local beaches, spent a day at the volcano and had a blast!

Our resort had 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and living room.  So, we made lunch and dinner at our place often and just chilled.

Hawaii: we are off!

We left for a 12 day vacation in Hawaii!  We flew to San Jose and stayed the night there to split the trip up.  Our first stop was the Big Island…none of us had been to this island before!
