Shopping...

Today mom and I shopped for Nama's birthday presents.  I decided to take over the shopping to make sure Nama got just what she would love.   I would veto anything that mom would pick that I knew Nama would not like.  Mom thought it was pretty funny, because I knew Nama so well.  I reminded mom that Nama does not like tank tops, that she likes 3/4 length shirts, that she does not like crazy patterns and that we should get her solid colored things.

Hope Nama likes what I picked out for her! Here I am after a successful shopping trip!

Pretending....

Today mom and I pretended we were still in Hawaii and got shaved ice...pretty good!  So sad mommy goes back to work tomorrow!

Back to School Shopping

While mom and I did some exchanges today we tried on a few things.  I love dressing rooms and school even more - now that I know I get back to school clothes)!!!  We decided we LOVED this outfit!

Back to School shopping!!

Yesterday mom had a girls afternoon and had brunch with Miss Lori, Miss Courtney and Miss Michelle.  After a great brunch, mommy and Miss Lori went back to school shopping together for Sydney and I.

While mommy was having her fun, Nama Vicki, Papa Dick, daddy and I were having lots of fun of our own. We went to Jalapenos for lunch and then went shopping at Town Center and Oak Park mall...so fun!  We even built a Build-a-Bear!!

Here I am trying on some back to school clothes.  You can see when I liked and what I did not....mommy and I did some exchanges today!

After all my fun clothes and presents I said...."wow, I made out like a bandit today!"  

I sure did!!!

Night at the Royals!

Last night we had tickets to the Royals game.  It was a hot night, but that was okay because we were in the H&R Block suite!  That meant air conditioning and lots of free drinks and food!!  We also had really good seats right along the 1st base line!

It was a full house because it was buck night, celebrity night and fireworks Friday!  Daddy's work friend Joe and his family were there.  I sat with Bella (10 years old) and played with JoJo (2 years old).  It was lots of fun!  We even stayed late to watch the fireworks!

To top off all that fun - they even WON!

Bye Bye Hawaii!!

We had such an amazing vacation - one we will NEVER forget!  We love Hawaii and hope to be back soon!  Next time we will check out other islands to explore.  Mahalo and Aloha!
