A day's work..

Hi Kate,

In case you wonder what I do all day...

I develop, but and approve product that will be sold in stores soon.  Here is some of what I did..

India: day 2

Today has been a long day!  Got up early, worked all day, missed lunch and did not finish dinner until after 10pm!  It was kinda fun too though.  While I did not see too many India sites (as I was in showrooms and factories all day), I did see lots of sacred cows roaming India like they own it, experienced many crazy drivers (there are really no traffic laws), saw lots of cool product and has really yummy lobster for dinner!

I had to change hotels again and boy is this one gorgeous!  Here are some pictures of the room...Kate, you would be in heaven!!  The entire room is controlled by an iPad!!

I sure miss and love you!!!

Letters from Kate

This makes me so happy!  Kate made me lots of notes for me to open each night.  This is my first one.   Love you, kiddo!!  I want to hug and kiss you so much too!!

Time change!!

India time is 10.5 hours ahead of Kansas City time.  That is going to make chatting really tough!  I don't have to be ready tomorrow until 8:30, so should be able to call you you tonight, Kate!

I'm in India!!

Well, after a very long journey, I am finally in my hotel in India!  

Since there is such a big time difference and it is expensive sharing pictures, I thought I would post some stuff on the blog to keep you updated.

Today was all about traveling with a very long layover at Newark, followed by a 14 hour flight to Delhi!!

My hotel is the Oberoi and it is beautiful!! Too bad we have to check out in the morning and head to another.

I sure miss everyone!  Kate....big hug and kiss to you!  I am going to try to wake up early tomorrow so I can call you before school!!  I love you!!

Ladies who lunch!!!

After bowling, the Stilley girls met us for a yummy lunch at Pinstripes!  We sat in the enclosed outdoor area.  We had it all to ourselves so we played like crazy!!! It was such a fun day!!

Bowling!!

Mom leaves for India and China tomorrow so we celebrated with a girls day! We started with morning bowling at Pinstripes!!  I bowled like an adult and did really well!!  We had so much fun!!
