Field trip

Today was our very first field trip of 4th grade and it was not fun!!  We went to Ernie Miller Park and we all thought it was boring.  It was also hot and we were outside all day....and they made us wear pants so we did not get ticks.  What happened to the FUN field trips we use to go on???  Now they are all educational!!!  UGH!!

Happy 10th Birthday Addi!!

softball game

This week we played a 5th grade team.  The league is much smaller with only 3 teams (ours, a 5th grade team and a 3rd grade Club team).  We got beaten pretty bad this week....hopefully this season will just make us better!!  We only got through the batting order once.  Good news is that I hit it well!  Bad news....I only got to hit once!

The real pre-game warmups!

We had batting practice and warm ups as a team before our game this week.  The talent has really stepped up in the small Fall league.  The teams that are playing are tough and we need to step up our game!

First volleyball game of the Fall season

And we rocked it by beating the other TCE team 3-0!!  Our same team is back this year with the addition of Willow.  It is going to be a FUN season!
