Mom was very busy this summer with her pot garden. She had big tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, mint, basil, dill and some other herbs she could not remember the day after she planted them! We had a ton of great herbs and veggies from it all summer long! We drank lots of mojitos, made lots of cucumber dill dip, had tomato mozzerella salads, and lots of other tomato recipes. So much fun...we will be doing again next year!
