Silver Dollar City - Day 1

We were able to spend part of 2 days at Silver Dollar City and we had a BLAST! Our first day can be summed up with one word...WET! It was not raining...it was actually beautiful weather, but all our rides were WET ones!

What was really cool is that I am big enough to ride almost all the rides at the park!

Here are daddy and I at the wettest ride...the log ride! I loved it so much (my favorite) and was a little dare devil! I was a little nervous though on the big drop off!

The Outlet mall...

We did not get to spend much time shopping in Branson, but we did get to spend enough time at the outlet mall for me to sit on and try LOTS of toys!

Riding the Ducks!

Mommy, Daddy and I went to Branson this week for a little get away! I will post lots of notes on all that we did...this is the first one.

Wednesday night we drove to Pittsburg and stayed at Nama Vicki and Papa Dick's house. I was so excited to get to play with them for awhile. Nama Vicki was even able to give me my bath!

Thursday morning we got up and headed to Branson. Our first stop after we checked into the hotel and unpacked....to Ride the Ducks!

This was my first time to ride the ducks and they were fun. They are cool vehicles that can ride on land and even on water! We were even given our very own duck callers...I blew my duck caller all the time!

Little Red MUSTANG....

Every time we travel Daddy rents a car...mommy thinks it is NUTS, but I thought it was WONDERFUL this time. Look at the beauty he rented....a MUSTANG! Woohoo! Little to no room in it, but super cool. Mommy and I kept saying..."daddy thinks he is cool in his MUSTANG!" (especially when he would try to make it do sports car stuff). I told daddy "be careful, police men love to give tickets to people who drive red Mustangs". My warning must have worked...no tickets!

Leader Day!!

Last week I was lucky enough to be the leader again at school! This time I brought my Pocahontas doll for show and tell. I have to admit I was not as into it as I was last time (after all, I have done this before). but I had fun telling all about the weather...after I took the weather stick outside and then sharing my show and tell. I answered all the kids questions..."where do you keep it? - me "on a shelf"..."where does it sleep" - me "on a shelf"..."how do you play with it?" - me"mom, how do I play with it?"

It was all real fun and I am really glad mommy came to school to watch me. When my show and tell was all over I told mom it was time for her to go....then I gave her a hug and kiss goodbye!
