Field Trip...my first one EVER!

On Thursday mommy, daddy and I went to Johnson Farms Pumpkin Patch for my VERY FIRST SCHOOL FIELD TRIP! It was so cool! We went on the hay ride, each got to pick 1 pumpkin, saw a bunch of animals, played on all the fun stuff, did a cool maze and had lunch there!

My friend Meghan was even there! I got a picture with her! We were all lucky enough to see baby pigs! One litter that was 2 weeks old and another that was only 2 days old!!! They were so cute, but smelly! The farmer told us we had to be really quiet when we visited the pigs so we did not upset the mommy pigs! We were good and quiet!

Pumpkin Patch!!!

Yesterday we went to Johnson Farms for the Pumpkin Patch with Nama, Papa, Aunt Jenny, Uncle Rob, Anna and Ashley. It is one of our favorite things to do in Kansas City and it was SO fun! We got there after nap, so unfortunately did not get to play with all the cool stuff they have (cause they closed at 6), but we got to spend a lot of time in the pumpkin patch! We picked out fun pumpkins, rode in the wheel barrels and went on a hay ride!

After the pumpkin patch we went to Minsky's Pizza for dinner and it was SO yummy! They even had a magician who did such cool tricks (he turned 2 bunnies in my hand into 12...crazy)! He also made balloon stuff...I asked for a red sword and pretended like I was a pirate all night long!

It was SO fun!

Swim Lessons

Here are some pictures from before swimming lessons today! I really have so much fun in them! Coach Angie has taught me to hold my breath and go under, to hold my hands just right to swim, to do a stroke and even to try to swim by myself. It is cool! Next week is my last class though...boohoo! Next I am taking gymnastics!!

Apple Picking!!

Aunt Jenny called yesterday with an amazing idea...she had reservations for us to go apple picking in a small orchard in Gardner, KS. It was so awesome! Aunt Jenny, Uncle Rob, Anna, Ashley, Mr. Aaron, Miss Laura and Henry all met us there.

We got to pick apples (I even used the BIG picker to get the apples from high in the trees), feed fish (I fed them half of my apple), feed horses (Henry got bit), feed goats (I fed one lots of peaches) and eat apples all along the way!

It was so much fun...I just loved it and spending time with everyone! We got 2 bags full of apples....now we are in the fall baking mood! Mom made an apple pie and we are having an apple crisp for dessert tonight....YUMMY! We will have to post pictures of the pie....it is SO pretty!
