First Floor Redo ---- getting ready

We landed on a contractor and are starting the first floor project.  We are getting hardwoods in the dining room, living room and upstairs hall, changing our island from two levels to one level, new kitchen counter tops, kitchen back splash, tile on both fireplaces, painting first and second floors (not bedrooms) and lots of wainscoting (dining room, entry, bath and mudroom).  We can not wait to get it all done!

Mom had to get the first floor all ready by clearing out all drawers and moving all the first floor and upstairs hall furniture out of the way (you should see the garage)!!!
