USAV Nationals -Day 4

Day 4 started off good, but then I got injured.  I went up to block a ball snd then came down on the girls foot on the other team- her foot was on my side of the court.

I was immediately done for the day.  We got iced and wrapped at the medic booth and I was told to elevate and ice it all day.

We were nervous I was done for the rest of the tournament.
