Who says moms can't get a workout in at a swim meet?! Since it's champs, Kate got a new tech suit and we put it on for the first time and it is a process...a very long process. After 45 minutes of blood, sweat and tears it was on and she was ready!
She had a great meetwith a few personal bests thrown in there! It's so much fun watching her do what she loves!
